Who we are

Motional was founded in 2017 in response to the growing need to provide more accessible tools and support for time-pressured educators to better support the mental health and wellbeing of the young people in their care.

The team has expanded steadily over the years to support the increasing number of client users; Motional is now being used by over a thousand organisations, by tens of thousands of practitioners, supporting a hundred thousand children and young people across the UK.

We are rewarded daily by the knowledge that our online tool and support services make such a positive difference to the lives of children and young people.

Listen to our founder Neil discuss Motional on The Safeguarding Company's podcast.
