"School leaders are pragmatic. They don’t want wishy-washy. Motional fits with that - it gives you steps to take, data, and progress."

EXPLORE
Everything you need to use Motional confidently and embed it in everyday practice.
From free live training twice a week to step-by-step guidance, videos, research and practical resources, support is built around helping you get started and keep developing your practice.
And when you need a little more help, just click the Pink Circle. You’ll reach a real member of the Motional team – not a bot or an AI response.

Getting started with Motional shouldn’t mean working everything out for yourself.
We run free live online training twice a week for Motional users. Sessions include a full introduction to the platform alongside focused sessions exploring particular features and areas of practice in more depth.
Join when you’re getting started, come back for a refresher, or drop into a session when there’s something specific you’d like to understand better.
And because the sessions are live, there’s always an opportunity to ask questions and talk things through with us.
Training dates and joining details are available to Motional users from within the platform.

Different days. Different times. Making it easier to fit training around the working day.
Sometimes you don’t need another guide or video. You just need to ask someone.
That’s what the Pink Circle is for. You’ll find it within Motional and in the bottom-right corner of every page on this website, giving you a direct route to our team whenever you have a question, need help or simply want to talk something through.
There’s no chatbot and no AI-generated response. Your message reaches a real person who knows Motional and will get back to you as soon as they can.
Whether it’s a quick “where do I find this?” or something that needs a little more thought, just click the Pink Circle and ask.
No bots. No scripts. Just real people who know Motional.
Not every question needs a conversation.
The Motional Support Centre brings guidance, resources and practical help together in one place, so you can find what you need and get back to what you were doing.
From getting started tips and step-by-step support guides, to Munchables, Reads & Research, downloads, updates and our glossary, there’s plenty to explore at your own pace.
And because support is part of Motional rather than an afterthought, we continue adding and updating resources as the platform and our understanding develop.

Find an answer. Explore an idea. Develop your practice.
Using Motional well isn’t simply about knowing where to click.
Our resources are designed to help practitioners build their understanding of Emotional Wellbeing, explore the thinking behind Motional and translate insight into everyday practice.
Alongside practical guidance, you’ll find Munchables for quick, accessible learning, Reads & Research for exploring ideas in greater depth, and downloadable resources to use and share with colleagues.
Whether you have five minutes or want to explore a subject more deeply, there’s always something to help you develop your understanding.

Learn a little. Explore further. Put understanding into practice.
Sometimes you need something a little different.
Alongside our regular live training and ongoing support, we work with schools, trusts, local authorities and other organisations to provide bespoke online and face-to-face training, INSET and CPD sessions, workshops and wider organisational support.
Planning an event or conference? We can also provide speakers, workshops and event stands, or work with you to help shape and support an event around Emotional Wellbeing.
Whether you’re introducing Motional across a large organisation, bringing a team together around a particular priority, or looking for something completely different, talk to us. We’re always happy to explore what might work.
Your people. Your priorities. Support that fits.
